Landscape assets are immovable things that have conspicuous characteristics of natural beauty, geological singularity or historical memory, including monumental trees, villas, gardens and parks that stand out for their uncommon beauty (unprotected villas, gardens and parks pursuant to Legislative Decree 42/04, Part Two or "cultural heritage"). Landscape assets are assets recognized with a specific administrative act (ministerial decree, royal decree, regional acts) pursuant to art. 136, paragraph 1, letters a) and b) of Legislative Decree 22-1-2004, n. 42.
