DSI - Special Construction Plans - Expropriation plan, contour

This dataset contains the digital vector version of all contours of expropriation plans associated with special construction plans. Each plan is demarcated by its contour. This contour concerns the geometric envelope of all containing layers of the plan. A conceptual decision has been made to draw a buffer around any line elements that do not occur within a base plane to allow them to be included within the surrounding contour. The administrative data of the plan are included in the attributes of this plan contour layer.
