Public services system (Municipal Urban Plan)

The Municipal Urban Plan is inspired by the guiding principles of territorial planning, defined by the Urban Planning Law of the Liguria Region, 4 September 1997, n. 36; takes as its reference the regional and provincial territorial planning framework and the relative choices made are elaborated on the basis of knowledge of the physical, morphological, environmental, economic-social characteristics of the territory and on the basis of the general principle of environmental sustainability of development. map shows the SIS-S public services system (scale 1.5.000) containing the location of all public services of general and local interest divided into categories: education, common interest, public parks, games and sports, equipped public spaces, car parks public (Ministerial Decree 2/4/68 n. 1444, Regional Law 24/1/85 n.4).
