Aerogravimetric gravity data

The dataset contains the results of the BalGRACE (2006) and NorthGRACE (2007/2008) flights, which were carried out jointly by the Danish National Space Center (DNSC) and the BKG to measure the earth's gravity field in the German and Danish North and Baltic Seas. The data are available in profiles and contain absolute gravity values ​​with an accuracy of approx. 2-3 mGal at positions in geographic longitude and latitude as well as altitude in the ETRS89 system in relation to the GRS80 ellipsoid, which were precisely determined by means of differential GNSS. In addition, heights "above sea level" (realized by a geoid model) are provided, which are consistent within the scope of measurement accuracy with normal heights in the European height reference system EVRS or in the official German spatial reference (DHHN2016).
