Innovative and ecological neighborhoods

Since 2016, the Region has supported the development of pleasant neighborhoods to live in, which combine housing, jobs, transport, services and nature. To support these land development projects, it launched a call for projects open to Ile-de-France communities .The selected projects provide positive responses to the following 5 objectives and demonstrate innovation on at least one of these items: A district which contributes to the regional housing effort, particularly respecting the so-called “anti-ghetto system” deliberation,A lively, safe and pleasant district, mixing housing, jobs and local services, li>An exemplary district in terms of ecological and energy transition,A district which promotes sustainable mobility,A district thought out in its entirety and anchored in its territory. The dataset lists for all the voted projects: name of the district and the municipality (or municipalities), community carrying out the project, objectives of the project, work to be carried out, amount of the regional subsidy, date of vote and report numbersession number of the call for projects.
