Area representation of inhabited centers, created on the basis of data that the Municipalities should provide to the Provinces, relating to the identification of the starting points of the inhabited centers themselves along the access routes, identified pursuant to Legislative Decree April 30, 1992 no. 285 "New Highway Code" and subsequent updates, art. 3 paragraph 8, which provides the following definition of inhabited center: "... set of buildings, delimited along the access roads by the appropriate start and end signs. By group of buildings we mean a continuous grouping, even if interspersed with streets, squares, gardens or the like, made up of no less than twenty-five buildings and areas of public use with vehicular or pedestrian accesses on the street.
