Plan EIA screening files according to the generic DABM procedure, applied to strategic plans and programs

The dataset contains the actively public documents of this procedure. Only files for which a decision on the plan EIA obligation was made before 20/7/2023 were included in the dataset. . Environmental impact assessment (EIA) aims to identify the possible consequences of plans and programs for the environment and for human health so that these can be taken into account in an equivalent manner (as other aspects and interests) when drawing up and making decisions about these plans and programs.
