Athens Public Transport Schedules

It contains the public transport routes for Athens. The data includes the stops and routes for buses, trolleybuses, subways, trams, light rail and commuter rail. The data is provided in the GTFS (General Transit Feed Specification) standard. The published data represent, approximately, the operational status of the Capital's Urban Transport Network at the stated date of issue only. This may have changed or changed at any time, without warning and without any responsibility of OASA, OSY and STASY. The geographical accuracy of the data is limited, as the digitization has not been done with the accuracy of a topographic survey, but based on purely descriptive data (e.g. the side of the OT on which a stop is registered). Therefore, the position mapping accuracy can be, indicatively, of the order of ±20 meters in urban areas (where there are clear and relatively small OTs) and more than ±50 meters in semi-urban areas (where the OTs exist). T. are not clear or are too long). Therefore, this data may not be suitable for all applications. Express lines are subject to boarding-alighting restrictions at certain stops along their route. Especially for the express lines, which serve the Airport with an increased fare, in the direction to the Airport, disembarkation is only allowed at the last two stops, while in the direction to the Center boarding is only allowed at the first two stops. Those interested can refer to the OASA website ( www.oasa.gr) and/or contact the OASA Telephone Information Center (tel. 11185) to be informed of any regular or extraordinary changes in the operation of urban transport. In any case, the level of accuracy of the data is shaped by the needs and capabilities of OASA and may not be suitable for use by third parties for purposes not foreseen by OASA. Therefore, all the data in question is provided 'as is', and OASA, OSY and STASY bear no responsibility for the results of any use thereof by third parties.
