PPR06 - National parks and protected areas l.q.n. 394/91

PPR Environmental Structure - Landscape heritage pursuant to art. 142 Legislative Decree 42/04 and subsequent mod. Polygonal elements representing the protected areas established pursuant to Law 394/1991 and subsequent amendments and additions and the regional laws on the subject (for Sardinia: Regional Law 31/1989). These highly natural territories still maintain the identities of the various original ecosystems unaltered, where the conservation of habitats and the protection of plant and animal species institutionally contribute to achieving the objectives that society has set itself for the near and long-term future in the field of the protection of biodiversity.

The datum was specifically created in the PPR project in order to form an information layer of this specific project; therefore its use should be limited to this context and its use as a general basis should be avoided. The data has the sole purpose of providing a vectorial basis of the information contained in the Regional Landscape Plan, which was formally approved by the Regional Council only in paper format; it is therefore necessary to consider, in the use of this data, that it has no legal value.
