Town Planning Regulations

The Urban Planning Regulation of the Municipality of Siena was adopted with Resolution C.C. n.131 of 05.18.2010 and approved with Resolution C.C. n.2 of 01.24.2011. The dataset refers to the data modified with the third variant of the Urban Planning Regulations approved with DC n° 338 of 11/11/14 and published in the Official Bulletin of the Tuscany Region (BURT) n° 48 of 03 /12/2014.The original layer was created during the drafting of the current Urban Planning Regulations, following the urban planning philosophy dictated by the planners and shared with the municipal administration.Starting from a general land use, each area was identified and regulated according to the general lines dictated by the Regulations and specified according to the nature of the territory to which it belongs. From this, with generalization operations, the layers to be thematised in the printing project were created. The Urban Planning Regulations in its complete form, is published and can be consulted at the following web address: http://siena.ldpgis.it/normativa/index.php?viewer=ajax&normativa=_ru&mappa=tav_ru1_2_3&sid=

lineage It is the "atomized" base layer with which soil discipline is managed, it is made up of a series of fields in which the data relating to each individual area are managed. It arises from direct digitization on the regional technical map (CTR), maintaining, where possible, congruence with it and with other thematic layers useful for the design of the discipline. The geometries that make up the layer are congruent with each other and with correct topology. This means that there are neither overlaps nor gaps between one geometry and another. The base layer of the RU serves as a container of all the information useful for soil regulation and from this, through generalization operations, the layers are created that make up the map. The database contains the geographical elements for the construction of Tables 1, 2 and 3 of the Town Planning Regulations.
