CBS Area divisions 2016 WFS

The CBS area classifications file provides the area classifications used by Statistics Netherlands. The divisions are given from 1995 up to and including the most recent year in a generalized form. The most recent year contains provisional boundaries in the first half of that year and no districts and neighborhoods for that year yet. The following area divisions can occur: Municipality, Part of the country, Province, Neighborhood, COROP area, GGD region, NUTS3, NUTS1, NUTS2, District, Metropolitan agglomeration, Urban region, COROP-plus area, COROP sub-area, Agricultural area, Agricultural group, RPA area , Tourist Group, Tourist Area, Arrondissement Area, Fire Service Region, Chamber of Commerce Region, Police Region, Regional Unit, Security Region, Care Office Region, Labor Market Region and Youth Region. Only the layers of the last year are included in the metadata.
