Situation 2019The Employment Areas reflect the joint desire of the State and the Region to offer a shared map for growth and employment in Ile-de-France. Their objective is to rationalize public intervention and strengthen the coherence and effectiveness of public policies. These geographical perimeters in Basins constitute in particular the relevant reference scale for identifying the skills needs with regard to the economic challenges of the territories (and more particularly the professions in tension), in order to define a professional training offer, both initial ( in particular learning) and continues, and lifelong guidance adapted to the realities of the economic fabric and the needs of the populations.Consult the metadata
