Identification of elements of the territory (buildings, outdoor meeting spaces, green areas, etc.) with indication of the degree of motor and sensory accessibility for the purposes of the P.E.B.A. The Municipality of Genoa, in implementation of the law N 41 of 02/28/1986, with resolution (DGC) n.143 of 07/14/2016 started the process for the drafting of the Plan for the Elimination of Architectural Barriers (P.E.B.A. ), which ended with the approval in the City Council (DGC) n.23 of 02/11/2021. The P.E.B.A. of Genoa analyzes the municipal territory from the point of view of motor and sensory accessibility, dividing it into 94 Ambits, i.e. portions of the territory where the public functions of importance and interest for the citizen are most concentrated, returning a map with 4 colors according to the degree of presence or absence of architectural barriers.
