Tourist real estate stock in mountain resorts - CONITIFF® 2016 data by municipality - Metropolitan France

The CONITIFF® method developed by Cerema and Atout France makes it possible to describe the tourist real estate stock based on land and tax information. Based on the information contained in the land files, tourist accommodation is divided into 5 categories (hotels, holiday centers and villages, tourist residences, other tourist co-ownerships and diffuse secondary residences) described, and located to the precision of the plot. The data provide a description of tourist accommodation in mountain resort support municipalities (number of accommodations, accommodation capacity by category, by construction period, place of residence of the owners) in an aggregated form by municipality. This data is also available in aggregated form by accommodation center.
