Origin-Destination data Leuven

OD Matrix Leuven 2017. The Ids in the OD matrix refer to the zones defined in the GIS layer OD_zones_leuven.gpkg. This includes the whole of Belgium, though the zones get larger the further they are away from Leuven. In the OD Matrix, there is the number of cars (PW) and trucks (VR) for rush hours 7am, 8am, 4pm and 5pm.
