This file contains the robust connection zones search area. These are connecting zones in the province of Groningen that are intended to eliminate the fragmentation of the Netherlands Nature Network (NNN). The province is creating robust connecting zones between the Southern Westerkwartier, Leekstermeer area, Zuidlaardermeer area and Central Groningen. A large part of these grounds has already been demarcated and has therefore become part of the Nature Network of the Netherlands (NNN). In some places, a further assessment of the boundaries still needs to be made. We have laid down the boundaries of the Nature Network and rules for the protection of the Nature Network in the Environmental Ordinance.
