Hydrogeological constraint

The hydrogeological protection of the territory has the aim of preventing that, due to forms of use conflicting with the provisions of the Law, the land can suffer denudation, lose its stability or disturb the water regime with public damage. Currently the competence in the matter lies with the Central Directorate att. produt., comm., agricultural, natural and forest resources. Before starting any work involving the transformation of soil into a restricted territory, it is advisable to consult a forestry technician and the competent forestry station for the area on what to do. This dataset limits the regional territory subject to restriction pursuant to the original legislation.

lineage	Le geometrie sono basate su cartografia originale, che riportavano per lo più sulla carta catastale la delimitazione del vincolo; il primo lavoro è stato realizzato a cura della Soc. aggiudicataria DEIMOS Italia di Udine georeferenziando e vettorializzando i limiti sulla base catastale esistente al momento e successivamente analiticamente rivisto dal SITFOR anche in conseguenza della supervisione delle Stazioni forestali; i dati sono stati perciò rigeoreferenziati sull'ultima release della base catastale ormai a disposizione per tutto il territorio regionale, tranne per la Provincia di Trieste il cui lavoro è stato curato dal medesimo IRF e che ha fornito una geometria già interpretata, cioé non più su base catastale bensì su base CTRN.
