It is the layer that collects information relating to mobility and transport of whatever nature they are. The layer describes: - the modeling by areas which mainly collects the geometric construction characteristics of the transport infrastructures; - the modeling of the viability with traffic flow simulation graphs, more aimed at completing the characteristics of transport interest for mobility.
