This is a combination of the following datasets: * Trees * Municipal felling lists trees #### Trees In Utrecht there are approximately 160,000 municipal trees in more than 550 different species (2017). The municipal trees can be found on the tree map: www.utrecht.nl/treesmap. This map is updated quarterly. By clicking on a tree you will see: the tree number, which species it is and in which year the tree was planted. We make a new sheet list twice a year, in April and October. We apply for a single permit for the entire felling list to be allowed to fell them. We cut down these trees within a year because they become dangerous for the environment.
