volume units

Building management. It is the elementary portion of a building having a homogeneous height (within the acquisition tolerance), with a ground base. The volumetric unit is also present in the case of the portico, while the projecting bodies, for which a specific class is used, are not part of this class. Portions of buildings with different height and coverage give rise to different volumetric units, even when they are included within a larger volumetric coverage (for example attics or pocket terraces).
