OGC API - Features (OAF) Hamburg
OGC API - Features (OAF) is a standard of the Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) and specifies an application programming interface (API) for querying spatial data on the web. It is a complete revision and consistent modernization of the OGC Web Feature Service (WFS) and relies on the use of common web standards (including REST). A selection of the new features: - resources are defined for each data record, which can be requested in different representations (GeoJSON, GML and HTML) - HTTP content negotiation is used to request a specific representation - simple filtering via URL parameters - the APIs are described according to the OpenAPI Specification - the default coordinate reference system is WGS84 (geographic coordinates, EPSG:4326), the request of other coordinate reference systems, e.g. ETRS89 / UTM Zone 32N (EPSG:25832) is possible.
