Chirotteri

The project initially surveyed the presence of bats on a regional scale, in particular within the Protected Areas, with direct observation, the bat-detector and bibliographic data. The activity continues with the monitoring of the species and their habitats, pursuant to Directive 92/43/EEC and Presidential Decree 357/97. All species of bats are of European interest and can be used as indicators of the state and quality of the environment. The data is aggregated on a 2km grid
