Actual Usage

Actual use represents floor space and describes how land and soil is currently being used on site. Actual use is managed as part of the basic database of ALKIS and includes spatial objects that are divided into the four nationwide uniform object type groups settlement, traffic, vegetation and water. All properties of the feature types of actual use are recorded in the ALKIS feature type catalogue.
