Monthly TER regularity

Monthly TER regularity since January 2013 .On TER, regularity is calculated when the train arrives at the last station on its route (terminus). This calculation method, which does not include intermediate stations, provides the cumulative delay over an entire journey. The indicator used is that of “five-minute regularity”: a train is considered late if it arrives five minutes after its scheduled time. The data offered is not detailed by TER line but aggregated for all TERs in a Region. In agreement with the Regions which are the transport organizing authorities for TER, a train canceled before 4 p.m. the day before its circulation will not be counted. On the other hand, if the announcement of its cancellation could not be made the day before before 4 p.m., the train will be counted as a canceled train, whether this deletion is total or partial (the train has only completed part of its journey ).
