Real estate benchmarks NRW

Real estate reference values ​​are georeferenced average location values ​​for real estate based on a map, based on a "standard object" typical for this location. They are expertly derived from the purchase price collection and determined by decision of the expert committee. The real estate reference values ​​are determined annually by a number of expert committees, based on January 1st of the current year, and then published. A country-wide data set is then created from all available real estate reference values. In addition to providing the current real estate guideline values, data from previous years from 2011 onwards are also available.
