PTCP 2013 - Cognitive framework QC08.2 Territories covered by forests and woods and subject to hydrogeological constraints - Metropolitan City of Florence

Provincial Territorial Coordination Plan approved with Resolution C.P. of 10/01/2013 (BURT n.11 of 13/03/2013). The Charter represents: - the territories covered by forests and woods, pursuant to Legislative Decree 42/2004, identified on the basis of the indications of the Tuscan forest law n. 39/2000; - the additional restricted areas pursuant to Royal Decree no. 3267 of 30 December 1923, today governed by the forest law of Tuscany; - the areas affected by fires, surveyed on the basis of a survey carried out by the Province of Florence.
