Preliminary assessment of the flood risk-DE (flood risk management directive 2nd cycle 2016-2021)

This metadata record describes "historical" flood events of the "Preliminary flood risk assessment" as a feature type of INSPIRE Annex Topic III "Areas with natural risks". The Federal Institute for Hydrology (BfG) administers the national The water reporting portal (WasserBLIcK) provides the data for reporting on various water-related EC environmental directives. On the basis of this data, the BfG, in coordination with the State Working Group on Water (LAWA), provides selected map and data services. The services provided here are based on nationwide, homogenized databases. Other administrative levels in Germany (state, district, district, municipality) may provide services on this topic with a higher spatial and temporal resolution.
