PPR06 - Natural lakes, artificial reservoirs, ponds and lagoons

PPR Environmental Structure - Landscape heritage pursuant to art. 143 Legislative Decree 42/04 and subsequent mod. Polygonal elements representing stretches of water, inland wetlands, natural lakes, artificial reservoirs from which, in the bordering territories for a depth of 300m from the shoreline, also for the elevated territories on the lakes, the landscape asset can be identified (Art. 17 paragraph 3 letter g of the N.T.A. PPR).

The datum was specifically created in the PPR project in order to form an information layer of this specific project; therefore its use should be limited to this context and its use as a general basis should be avoided. The data has the sole purpose of providing a vectorial basis of the information contained in the Regional Landscape Plan, which was formally approved by the Regional Council only in paper format; it is therefore necessary to consider, in the use of this datum, that it has no legal value.
