The Municipal Urban Plan is inspired by the guiding principles of territorial planning, defined by the Urban Planning Law of the Liguria Region, 4 September 1997, n. 36; takes as its reference the regional and provincial territorial planning framework and the relative choices made are elaborated on the basis of knowledge of the physical, morphological, environmental, economic-social characteristics of the territory and on the basis of the general principle of environmental sustainability of development. urban planning (scale 1:5,000), containing: - the subdivision of the territory into conservation and redevelopment areas; - the identification of the processing districts; - an indication of the infrastructure network for urban and local mobility; - the localization of services on a local scale; - the infrastructural structures belonging to Levels 1 and 2 with the relative degrees of effectiveness of the forecasts.
