Basic registrations of the municipality of Nijmegen

A key register is a registration officially designated by the government with data that is mandatory for all government institutions to use in the performance of public-law tasks. This may involve the emergency services being dispatched, the efficient determination of entitlement to benefits or the assessment of permit applications. When using the data, the privacy of citizens is guaranteed (source: Digitaleoverheid.nl). There are 10 basic registers. This dataset contains references to the Nijmegen versions of these key registers that are available as open data. The municipality of Nijmegen offers the following two key registers as open data: - Key Register of Addresses and Buildings (BAG) - Key Register of Large-Scale Topography (BGT) The Key Register of Subsoil (BRO) is not yet offered as open data. The municipality of Nijmegen is still investigating whether and how this dataset will be published. The municipality of Nijmegen is not the source holder of a number of key registers and therefore does not offer them via the Nijmegen data portal.
