MOLISEDB.GIS.MO_PRG280G_Riccia_vinc

The MO_PRG280G_Riccia_vinc feature class represents some areas of the municipal territory affected by specific constraints that limit building rights. The elements were acquired from Tables 5: Zoning plan of the capital (on a scale of 1:1,000), 7: Zoning plan of the areas outside the capital "zone D" (on a scale of 1:2,000), 8: Zoning plan of the external areas to the capital "zone G" (scale 1:2.000), 9: Zoning plan of areas outside the capital "zone C3" (scale 1:2.000), of the General Town Plan. The feature class contains information relating to the Istat Code of the municipality, and the type of bond falling within the municipality.

lineage The General Regulatory Plan of the Municipality of Riccia was approved on 04.27.2004. The ESRI ArcGis 9.3 software with service pack 1 was used for the data acquisition process. All the tools made available by ArcGis 9.3 for the creation some data. In the computerization of the data relating to the urban plans of the Molise Region, a single Geodatabase was created with all the data, in order to correctly create and manage the entire data processing and creation flow. The acquisition process required the numerical transformation of the paper data relating to the information of the aforementioned Municipality. The acquisition took place by scanning in grayscale with 200 dpi resolution using the Colortrac Smartlf Cx4 scanner and Smartlf version 1.4.0.1 associated software. The raster files were georeferenced using ESRI ArcMap based on corresponding points of the CTR 1 tablets: 5000, which were loaded into the I SAA in the raster catalog of the same name in the personal geodatabase Raster_Molise.mdb (original reference system). During the georeferencing phase, files with the extension (*.txt) containing the georeference points and log files containing, in addition to the latter, also information relating to errors and any annotations were also saved. The editing phase involved the initial creation of lines and subsequently the linear data obtained was transformed into polygonal data using the "Feature To Polygon" tool. The methodology just described allows to produce a topologically correct geometry, free of voids between areas, free of overlapping areas, lines or edges. The arc structure was then transformed into polygons using the "Feature to polygon" tool of ESRI ArcToolBox. The polygonal shapefile created with this methodology was subsequently imported into the PRG_PdF_Molise_WGS84.mdb geodatabase using the "Import Feature Class" function. Therefore the feature classes present in the geodatabase were built starting from a raster digitization process in format (*.tif): they were initially created with ESRI ArcCatalog and subsequently completed using the tools of the ESRI ArcMap Editor on the basis of the georeferenced raster. The structure of the feature classes was organized with ESRI ArcCatalog with the creation of appropriate fields containing the attributes of the features such as the Codistat and a constraint field organized in a domain that represented all the types of constraints found in the entire Molise Region. The aforementioned restrictions are: cemetery restriction (R.D.L.27.07.1934, n.1265), road restriction (Ministerial Decree 02.04.1986, n.1404), hydrogeological restriction (R.D. 30.12.1923, n.3267), forest restriction (R.D.L.3267/ 1923), archaeological constraint and landscape constraint (Galasso Law n.431/1985), railway constraint (Presidential Decree 09.11.1980, n.753). In the specific case, the cemetery constraint is present in the General Regulatory Plan of the Municipality of Riccia. The data created were reprojected in geographic WGS84 using IGM Verto 2000 software. They were loaded, maintaining the information structure created, through the basic functions of ArcGIS in the SIIT database, on RDBMS DB2.
