Marine coastal areas of biological-environmental protection - Marine protected area for fish restocking

It is a protected area equipped with submerged barriers and artificial nests (such as Tecnoreef) to allow the restocking of native fish species built by the Emilia-Romagna region off the coast of the municipality of Ravenna. The environmental protection zone was defined with Ordinance of the Port Authority of Ravenna (n°63/2006), as a circular area with a radius of 0.5 nautical miles (926 m), from the central point of the positioning area of the pyramid modules, within which navigation, transit, parking, anchoring and fishing are prohibited
