Map of the Electorate of Brandenburg, map from 1725

The map entitled - Map of the Electorate of Brandenburg - was reissued between 1725 and 1750 by Jacob Paul von Gundling and improved by Reiner and Josua Ottens. It represents the region on a scale of about 1 : 550,000. The area around Berlin and Spandau is shown on a secondary map on a scale of about 1 : 100,000. The LGB has copied the old colored copper engraving. The reproduction was carried out in cooperation with the Brandenburg State Main Archive. There is the original copper engraving that served as a template. The card has a format of 71 cm x 61 cm.
