This is a landfill where since a date before 1 September 1996 no more waste is dumped. Part 8.3 of the Wm does not apply to these landfill sites. The regulation for these landfills is temporary; with the Environmental Act, the authority for these former landfills is transferred to the municipality. Location contours of all former landfill sites in North Brabant. The position and size of these contours will be adjusted as more research is conducted at the sites. The landfill sites included in this dataset largely comply with the research definition as used in the Memorandum on the Reuse of Landfill Sites. There are also landfill sites in North Brabant that are not included in the dataset because they do not meet the definition, and there are also landfill sites included in this dataset where no research has been carried out.
