INSPIRE Distribution of species (invasive species) in Germany - Distribution

The INSPIRE dataset Distribution of Species (Invasive Species) in Germany - Occurrence provides nationwide occurrence datasets in accordance with the specifications of the INSPIRE Guideline Annex III Topic. In accordance with Article 24(1) of Regulation (EU) No. 1143/2014 on the prevention and management of the introduction and spread of invasive alien species, the distribution data transmitted by the federal states of the species on the "List of invasive alien species found in Germany" were used for the first national report Species of Union importance (Union list)" for the reporting period from January 1st, 2015 to December 31st, 2018. The distribution data were transmitted to the European Commission using the reporting tool for the regulation, the EU environmental network EIONET (European Environment Information and Observation Network).
