Groupings of local authorities 2017

Banatic, the National database on intermunicipal cooperation, is the reference information system for data relating to intermunicipal cooperation. Developed by the DGCL, this portal is intended to provide the greatest number of information on the category of groupings of local authorities as defined by article L5210-1-1 A of the general code of local authorities (CGCT). Banatic's information is produced on the basis of the elements entered in the information systems managed by the decentralized State services called ASPIC "Access of public services to information on communities". Are disseminated on Banatic information on public establishments for inter-municipal cooperation (EPCI) with or without their own taxation and mixed unions: - public establishments for inter-municipal cooperation with their own taxation: metropolis, urban community, urban community , community of municipalities and syndicate of new agglomeration; - public establishments for inter-municipal cooperation without their own taxation: single-purpose syndicate and multi-purpose syndicate; - mixed syndicates: closed mixed syndicate and open mixed syndicate. - metropolitan poles Reproduction rights reserved and strictly limited.NB.
