Group layers: climate analysis - affected population per community in percent

In the NRW climate analysis, the climatic situation is recorded and presented across the board in NRW, and the (thermally) stressed settlement areas (= effective areas) are identified and delimited from corresponding compensation areas and evaluated. The climate analysis was carried out based on VDI guideline 3787, part 1. The "Affected population" current state map shows the percentage of people per municipality who, according to the overall climate analysis, live in areas with an "unfavorable thermal situation" or a "very unfavorable thermal situation". In the "Affected population" climate change precaution map, the areas that are marked as climate change precaution areas in the overall climate analysis are also taken into account. The population figures are based on the population data from the 2011 CENSUS survey, which is available with a resolution of 100 m × 100 m and was blended with the polluted areas.
