Free school textbooks 2012-2013

The Region has supported the education of high school students by ensuring free textbooks since 2001. As part of the reforms initiated by the Ministry of National Education leading to the complete renewal of collections from 2010, the Region has decided to continue to support families in the context of reduced purchasing power and economic crisis. The beneficiaries are high school students from public and private establishments under association contract. The books are loaned by the establishments to the students during the school year. For professional high school students, this assistance can enable the purchase of exercise books. The Region pays an initial grant to establishments before the start of the school year. Adjustments are made during the year to take into account changes in staff numbers. Description of fieldsGross allocation: value calculated according to the annual scale without taking into account the remainder.
