Energy consumption overview of the district delivery points 2021

The regularly evaluated energy consumption of the district-managed buildings is published annually in accordance with the Berlin Energy Transition Act. The consumption data from 2017 are available for download here. It is pointed out that not every property has its own supply and thus a separate heat or electricity consumption meter. This can lead to no or only a proportionate consumption being shown for individual properties in the overview. Other properties, on the other hand, can also include the (proportional) heat or electricity consumption of neighboring properties. In addition, in individual cases, the total consumption billed was broken down by area. The specific boundary conditions of individual objects are not taken into account here. Other temporary special effects (e.g. the restricted use of a property in the course of a renovation) are also not taken into account in the present presentation. The consumption data shown correspond to the current state of knowledge and can still change in individual cases (e.g. due to subsequent billing corrections by the suppliers).
