It is intended as a built body which: - has no solution of continuity, - has a single building typology, - can have multiple categories of use - has a given state of conservation - may possibly be underground The building is associated with one or more Volumetric Units and its spatial attribute of encumbrance on the ground, must contain the Component Volumetric Units. It is a partition of a Cassone Building and, in the presence of extensive built-up bodies (such as in historic centres) it is identified by identifiable architectural dividers or by evident "architectural variation" or, in homogeneous structures, by evident elements of the facade (different colour, etc.).
