Service quality survey year 2023 - Presentation TARI declarations

The dataset contains the detail of the responses () to the questionnaire for the detection of the satisfaction of users who use the online service of presentation of the Tari declarations (employment, termination, variation of non -resident occupants and variation of the data of the property), activated in May 2021 in compliance with the indications of the digital administration code (Legislative Decree 82/2005, art. 7, C.3 - 9/16, art. 8, c.1). The questionnaire can be completed online by the user after having requested the certificate and allows him to express his satisfaction with the accessibility, simplicity and effectiveness of the service. The user accesses the questionnaire via a link received by email at the end of the request.
