Digital surface models (bDOM20)

Like the DOM, the image-based DOM (bDOM) depicts the earth's surface and the objects on it at the time the aerial photographs were taken. The bDOM is derived from point clouds, which are generated from the geotopographic image flight by means of correlation of oriented aerial images (OLB). This method offers the possibility of assigning coordinate pairs pixel by pixel and using attributes such as e.g. B. to provide the color values ​​of the aerial photos (RGBI). Another attribute describes whether the height value of a raster element was calculated from the image correlation or was interpolated and is therefore a synthetically generated point. -This data record is only available free of charge for online retrieval.-
