DBTR2013 - Road element - (EST_GLI)

It represents the traffic flows in the road area and generally corresponds to the center line of the carriageway where this is clearly distinct, i.e. the center line of the "trunk of carriageway" type vehicular circulation area contained in the road area. Pedestrian traffic areas are also summarized in Road Elements if they are characterized by their own toponyms or guarantee access to street numbers. Finally, the waterways that guarantee the connection between road sub-networks also give rise to road elements
