The map shows the implementation status of noise classifications in the Municipalities of the Liguria Region. The municipal acoustic classification plan is the instrument envisaged by the framework law on acoustic pollution (Law 26 October 1995 No. 447), with which the Municipalities divide their territory into acoustically homogeneous zones, on the basis of the criteria established by the regions and in compliance with the provisions of the DPCM 11/14/97 "Determination of the limit values of sound sources", which defines the acoustic classes and the relative noise limits. In the Liguria Region, in accordance with the r.l. 12/1998, the acoustic classification plans are adopted by the municipality and approved by the territorially competent province. The map provides the details of the provincial approval measure of the acoustic classification and subsequent variants. - Entire regional coverage - sc. 1:5000 - Year 2022 - Projection system - Gauss Boaga - West Zone
