Within the framework of the road traffic census (SVZ), which takes place nationwide every 5 years, essential traffic parameters are determined. Different survey days, different survey methods (manual / automatic) and different extrapolation parameters have so far led to discrepancies in neighboring sections. The task of the mFUND project NETZPLAUSI was to identify and categorize these discrepancies with the aid of computers and, if possible, to provide suggestions for improving the extrapolation methodology. Thanks to the support of the State Office for Road Technology in Baden-Württemberg and the Motorway Directorate of Southeast Bavaria, the results of the SVZ 2015 could be analyzed in more detail for two federal states and conspicuous points in the road network could be identified with regard to the extrapolation results. The CSV file provided contains examples of the anomalies identified.
