| lineage | The information layer of the "Linear natural cavities" collects information on the plan extension of the main caves and underground cavities distributed throughout the Emilia-Romagna region. The cadastral activity, of data collection and survey, was set up and managed by the "Cadastral Commission for the natural cavities of Emilia-Romagna", subsequently by the Regional Speleological Federation, which started a systematic work of data retrieval and surveys of the caves and the plan sections that represent them in depth. In a second phase, the plan surveys on paper support were digitized and geo-referenced by the Geological Survey. |
