Biotope Type and Land Use Mapping (BTLNK)

The biotope type and land use mapping (BTLNK) offers state-wide comparable current statements on biotope types and land use on the basis of an interpretation key specially designed for questions of nature and landscape protection. The vector data of the BTLNK show the landscape equipment of the years 1992/93 and 2005 in the Free State of Saxony. The data from 1992/93 are based on a CIR flight in the summer of 1992 and additionally in May 1993. The data from 2005 are adjusted to the CIR orthoimages from the 2005 flight. The BTLNK is a comprehensive database with area, line and point geometries.
