(1) The boundaries of the national park are derived from the attached map series, which is part of this law: 1. Digital topographic map (DTK) on a scale of 1: 100,000 (Annex 2), 2. Reduced official map 1: 5,000 (AK5 ) on a scale of 1 : 10,000 (Annex 3). The geographic coordinates of Annexes 2 and 3 are shown in the geodetic reference system WGS 84 and as projected coordinates in the European Terrestrial Reference System 1989 (ETRS 89) with the Universal Transverse Mercator image related to Zone 32 N (UTM 32N) (Annex 4); The same applies to the geographical coordinates in Appendices 1 and 6. 3The areas enclosed by the National Park area that are not assigned to any of the zones specified in Article 5, Paragraph 1 are not part of the National Park. (2) For the demarcation of the National Park, seawards and in the estuaries of the Ems, Weser and Elbe as well as in the Jade, the connecting line between the points entered in Annex 2 and determined by geographical coordinates is decisive, provided that it is not in the estuaries of the Elbe and Weser the Lower Saxony state border or a tail unit runs between two coordinate points; in this case the boundary is formed by the land border or the downstream foot of the tail unit. (3) The landward boundaries of the national park are shown in Appendices 2 and 3 by dotted lines. 2On the border sections marked by a broken dotted line in Annexes 2 and 3, the mean high water line is decisive. 3On the sections marked by a red dotted line in Annexes 2 and 3, the seaward border of the dike (§ 4 Para. 3 of the Lower Saxony Dike Act) is decisive. 4The map is decisive for the course of the borders marked in Annexes 2 and 3 by a black, uninterrupted dotted line. 5Insofar as the sea-side border of the dyke forms the border of the national park in accordance with sentence 3, this border changes with the permitted changes to the existing dyke. 6In this case, the ministry responsible for nature conservation will publish Annexes 2 and 3 as necessary.
