Exclusion areas according to § 10 paragraph 3 ThürGAPVO

With § 10 Abs. 3 ThürGAPVO exclusion areas are defined, on whose areas a subsidy because of the use of ecological regulations according to § 20 Abs. 1 No. 3 GAPDZG is excluded for conflicting reasons of nature conservation. For the eco-regulation 3 maintenance of agroforestry management of arable land and permanent grassland, an exclusion applies according to number 3 of Annex 5 GAPDZV, on which no agroforestry areas may be promoted. This exclusion backdrop is intended to protect particularly valuable biotopes, habitat types and protected areas. The exclusion scenario is limited on the one hand to habitat types according to Annex I of Directive 92/43/EEC and biotope types from the open land biotope mapping outside the areas protected according to it, nature reserves, national natural monuments, national parks zones I and II, core and buffer zones of the biosphere reserves and meadow breeding areas. On the other hand, this includes areas according to Directive 92/43/EEC, permanent grassland in areas protected by Directive 2009/147/EC, nature reserves, national natural monuments, national parks zones I and II, core and buffer zones of biosphere reserves and meadow breeding areas. The exclusion areas have been coordinated in advance with the TMUEN and the TLUBN in order to rule out negative effects on habitat types and protected areas. The update is scheduled for February 1 of each year.
