Escapelines

The map shows the formally established (ff.) street or building alignment lines as well as open space boundaries that are still valid under planning law for the districts of Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf, Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg, Neukölln, Spandau and Steglitz-Zehlendorf. Valid alignment lines are only for areas in the former West Berlin available. If a new development plan is established, corresponding alignment lines will be deleted. The alignment plan made public here is an information offer, the information on which is non-binding despite careful examination of the georeferenced recording with regard to the geometric position and completeness. If necessary, binding written information about established development plans and alignment plans can be requested from the responsible district offices of Berlin, in the departments for surveying and geoinformation. In Steglitz-Zehlendorf the alignment lines for the districts of Wannsee, Nikolassee, Schlachtensee, Zehlendorf and Dahlem are shown. The alignment lines for the districts of Steglitz, Lichterfelde and Lankwitz are currently being digitized and added to the data set.
